We understand that it can be a difficult decision to choose the right memorial so we have provided the following information to make the process easier for you.

You may order your chosen memorial by the following methods: on our website by submitting the order/enquiry form, By post, Telephone or if you prefer you can visit us to discuss your needs. If that is not possible we can arrange a time convenient to visit your home.
When choosing a memorial, there are certain regulations which need to be considered.
For cemeteries in general, all types of stone/granite are allowed, however the memorial will need to comply with the cemeteries regulations on size.
On receipt of your enquiry we will contact the necessary council/ authority to confirm that your order will be approved.
For Churchyard memorials the memorial will also need to comply with the Churchyard authorities regulations on size, colour and material.
Once you have chosen your memorial you will need to consider the wording you would like. In inscriptions section of our website you will find examples of texts and verses to assist.Once you have chosen the wording, you may wish to personalise your memorial by adding a vase, sand blast design, and figurine or photo plaque. The choice of wording and ornamentation can be as individual as you wish.
No memorial may be erected in any cemetery without applying for permission from the necessary authority. We will make the application on your behalf as part of our service. When applying for a permit we must ensure that the signature is that of the registered grave owner only. If not it will be returned to us unapproved which will delay the final completion date of the memorial.
There is a vast range of stone from which you can make your selection. From the finest white marble to the extensive range of granite from all over the world that ranges in colour and finishes - we have samples of them all.
Most of the memorials shown can be made in any colour stone and in varying sizes. The ornaments are mainly interchangeable or can be omitted if required. Due to variations in colour monitors, the colours shown on this website may not be accurate. Please ask to see stone samples. Each memorial is priced for an overall size of 2’6” high x 2’ wide and either 10” or 12” deep dependant on the cemetery regulations, unless a different size is stated under the illustration. If you would like a larger size memorial, costs will increase.
